Pitch Rules
- No Smoking
- No Dogs Allowed
- No alcohol to be consumed on or around the field.
- Please take your litter with you.​
Behavior
Spectator Conduct
- Spectators must keep off all pitches at all times, even if they are not being
used. - Be supportive and encourage BOTH TEAMS.
- Verbal or physical abuse will NOT be tolerated.
- You WILL be asked to leave and appropriate action will be taken.
Parking
Parking
- Please use the car park at Lordship Campus.
- No Parking in the car park down Fox Burrow Lane.
- No Parking whatsoever in Fox Burrow Lane.

All our matches will have respect barriers in place, all supporters must stay behind the barrier.

The club has a code of conduct for matchday behaviour, which applies to all supporters, players and coaches.

Any incidents will be reported to CWO and investigated fully.

We look forward to seeing you at the pitch! Here is everything you need to know about getting to Lordship Campus and parking safely.
Arrival & Parking
- General Parking: Please use the main car park at the Lordship Campus.
- Restricted Areas: No parking is permitted down Fox Burrow Lane or its adjacent car park. These are strictly reserved for match officials, Managers and Coaches.
- Safety First: Please park considerately to keep access clear for emergency vehicles and residents.
Walking to the Pitches
- From the car park, head towards Lordship Road and turn right.
- Follow the road until you reach Fox Burrow Lane.
- Walk to the end of the lane—you will see the
Writtle University Sport Field' sign on your right.
